At NET INDIA SUVIDHA CARDS LIMITED, we strive to provide exceptional services including ‘ income through expenses ’, hospital assistance, and maternity assistance. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service with us at any time. However, please note the following:

  • Hospital Assistance and Maternity Assistance Services: Once assistance has been provided or initiated (e.g., claims processed, hospital admission facilitated, or maternity benefits granted), the services are considered rendered, and no cancellations can be made retroactively.
  • Income Through Expenses Services: If you wish to cancel ongoing support related to expense reimbursement or income benefits, kindly notify us at least 7 business days in advance. Cancellations made after the benefits have been disbursed for the month will be effective from the following cycle.

Refunds

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • Unused Services: If you have prepaid for services such as ‘ Income through expenses ’ or hospital and maternity assistance but no claims have been filed, or no benefits have been provided, you may request a refund. The refund will be processed minus any administrative or processing fees.
  • Overpayments or Errors: In cases where an overpayment has been made due to errors on our side, we will promptly rectify the issue and provide a full refund of the overpaid amount.
  • Denied Claims: If your claim for ‘ Income through expenses ’ or hospital assistance or maternity assistance is denied after payment, we will refund the fees associated with that service.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Partially Used Services: If a service has already been partially provided (e.g., hospital stay started or maternity benefits partially disbursed), no refunds will be granted.
  • Administrative Fees: Any administrative or processing fees associated with your services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 3 to 4 business days.
