At Net India Suvidha Cards Ltd, we strive to provide 'income through expenses', hospital assistance and accident assistance services. All memberships are for a minimum period of 12 months, starting from the date of registration
Memberships may only be cancelled after the initial 12-month period has been completed. Cancellation requests submitted before the end of the first 12 months will not be processed.
To cancel your membership after the first year:
Submit a written request at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via [email/online form/customer portal] with required all documents.
Once the cancellation is processed, you will not be billed for the upcoming cycle, and access to membership benefits will cease at the end of the current cycle
Membership fees are non-refundable and nor-transferable.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the membership term.
In case of billing errors, please contact customer service within 30 days of the charge for a review and potential refund of erroneous charges.
In cases of hospital assistance or accident assistance, early cancellation requests may be considered at the discretion of the company. Documentation may be required.
If your membership includes a free trial period, you may cancel within the trial period without being charged.
The company reserves the right to modify the cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email, mobile or the customer portal at least 30 days before implementation.
