Welcome to NET INDIA SUVIDHA CARDS LIMITED. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully as they govern your access to and use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We offer three primary services:

  • Income through Expenses: We provide income to individuals based on their incurred expenses as per our specified program terms.
  • Hospital Assistance: We offer hospital assistance for medical expenses in alignment with our assistance policy.
  • Accident Assistance: As per our assistance policy, we provide accident assistance only in case of death or serious injury to our member in a road accident.

Important Conditions

  • The membership fee is Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
  • All payments shall be made by Cash/ UPI/Bank transfer/ Cheque and Demand Drafts payable to NET INDIA SUVIDHA CARDS LIMITED (Written in full).
  • In case of loss of the Membership Card the same shall be issued again by the company on receiving a proper request at an additional cost of Rs. 100.00
  • The company reserves the absolute right to include / exclude any Authorised Member Establishment (AME) for time to time without assigning any reason the same shall be communicated to the member from time to time.
  • In case of any disputes the decision of the company shall be final and binding.
  • In case of bargain sale/discount sale/special schemes announced by our AME The SUVIDHA CARD shall not be accepted for issuing coupons.
  • SUVIDHA CARD will not be accepted together with other Credit Cards and Discount Cards.
  • All the instruments and the insurance policies (free Gift) will be issue within 45 days from the date of Requisition received.
  • All the rules and regulations are subjected to Dhanbad Jurisdiction only.
  • NET INDIA SUVIDHA CARDS LIMITED Reserves the right to add/delete/ amend any terms and conditions from time to time.
  • Upgradation or degradation of cards selected is permissible.
  • NISCL reserves absolute and sole right to accept or reject application without assigning any reason.
  • Please note that the card is sold, maintained, serviced and operated by Net India Suvidha Cards Limited. Net India Suvidha Cards Limited has an arrangement with the insurance company where in it propose to insure the member for 1 years.
  • The membership of the company is for restricted persons only and the membership is not an invitation to the public nor is it a prospectus or a statement in lieu of prospectus defined in the companies Act 1956..
  • The insurance benefit is intrinsic to the member and is provided free of cost. The rules, regulations & conditions of the insurance company will be applied to all policies, please remember NET INDIA SUVIDHA CARDS LIMITED does not sell insurance and no additional amounts are collected in the name of insurance.
  • The minimum purchase for an Authorised member Establishment shall be at least Rs.100 there are no maximum limits.
  • The C.C.C. (Calculated Cost of Coupons) should be for a maximum of Rs. 10,000/- or in multiplies of Rs.10,000/-.
  • The C.C.C. (Calculated Cost of Coupons) is divided into different categories namely Rs.10,000/- (for “A” category), Rs.20,000/- (for “B” category), and Rs.40,000/- (for “C” category).
  • In “A” category you can get 4% income on your total expenditure. In “B” category you can get 2% income on your total expenditure. In “C” category you can get 1% income on your total expenditure.
  • The proof of C.C.C. may be Submitted by either hand delivery or by post. The relevant financial instruments shall be sent to you as per the above schedule. (as per option of Card Holder).
  • The unutilised amount of the purchase can be adjusted in the following quarter.
  • The company will provide medical assistance amount to the nominated member through the assistance facility.
  • Through this facility, per member can get hospital assistance amount up to Rs.10,000/- (Details- Rs 10,000/Member X 5 Member = Rs 50,000/-) thousand.
  • Husband-wife and their three children whose age is less than 18 years can avail this facility.
  • To avail the facility, it is mandatory for the member to submit his Aadhar card and PAN card.
  • This facility is valid only for 60 years from the date of becoming a member.
  • If illness occurs within one month after becoming a member, it will not be valid.
  • This will be valid in case of injury due to an accidental incident within one month of becoming a member.
  • In case of normal illness within 11 months, you will get the benefit of this facility.
  • Operation claim will not be valid within one year of becoming a member.
  • Operation Claim will be applicable after member renewal.
  • This facility will not be valid more than 3 times for one member.
  • This facility will not be applicable in case of chronic disease. Like TV/Cancer/Asthma or any disease whose doctor cannot give fitness.
  • To avail the facility, it is necessary to have valid documents of hospitalization for at least one day. And all original documents like hospital bill and discharge certificate are required to be submitted.
  • The hospital bill will include bed charge, doctor fee, medicine only.
    For Example : Bed charge (Rs 100x30days = Rs 3,000/- only), doctor fee (Rs 2,500/-only) and medicine (Rs 4,500/- only). Total Rs 10,000/- Per Member
NOTE: It is mandatory to submit photocopy of the patient's Aadhar card and PAN card and executive magistrate's affidavit along with the hospital bill

Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Income through Expenses Program

  • Overview: This program provides income to individuals who submit valid claims for their expenses, in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Eligibility for Claims: Claims must be supported by legitimate proof of expenses, including invoices, receipts, or other documentation as specified in the program guidelines.
  • Processing of Claims: Submitted claims are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our requirements.
  • Payment: Approved claims will be paid in accordance with the payment schedule set by the company. Payment methods may vary based on location and other factors
  • Limitations: Income earned through this program may be subject to caps or limits based on specific criteria determined by the company.

Hospital and Accident Assistance Program

  • Eligibility: To qualify for hospital assistance, individuals must meet specific criteria set by the company. Assistance is limited to medical treatments, hospital bills, bed charge or associated healthcare expenses.
  • Coverage: Assistance is offered up to a predetermined limit and may not cover all healthcare expenses. Additional conditions and exclusions may apply based on the specific terms of the program.
  • Claim Process: To request hospital assistance, individuals must submit valid medical documentation, such as hospital bills, doctor’s notes and fee, Medicine or other evidence as required by the company.
  • Approval: Hospital assistance claims are subject to review and approval. The company reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the necessary criteria.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.
  • You must not engage in any activity that could harm the company or violate these Terms.

Privacy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your actions are harmful to our company or its users.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising from the use of our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhanbad Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhanbad Jurisdiction.
