While our primary focus is on providing ‘Income through expenses’, hospital assistance, and maternity assistance,
we strive to make our process seamless for everyone involved.
Service Delivery Timeline
You may cancel your service with us at any time. However, please note the following:

Income Through Expenses Services:
After you make a cash purchase from AME shops provided by our organization, AME shops create a coupon for the total amount of
your purchase which we call CCC (collective cost of coupon). If this coupon is created online by our AME shops then whatever
percentage of your total purchase amount you earn is instantly sent to your wallet.
If you want to withdraw your wallet amount to your bank then after submitting the request, your amount will be sent to your bank within 24 to 48 hours

Hospital Assistance:
If you have any disease before becoming a member, you will not get its benefit. But after becoming a member, if you get any
disease and you get its treatment done in a certified hospital, then you will get the benefit of this facility. After becoming
a member, you will not get any benefit on any kind of operation for one year, the facility of operation will be applicable
after one year and it is necessary to renew the membership every year. If the membership is not renewed, you will not be given
any benefit.
Once eligibility is confirmed and the necessary documentation is provided, payments will be processed within 7 to 15 business days and delivered directly to the recipient’s bank account

Accident Assistance:
As per our assistance policy, we provide accident assistance only in case of death or serious injury to our member in a road accident.
Once eligibility is confirmed and the required documents are provided, the payment will be processed within 1 to 3 months and disbursed directly to the recipient's bank account.
Shipping of Physical Documents
If physical documentation or items need to be sent, we partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times for physical documents are as follows:
- Domestic Deliveries: 5 to 7 business days.
- International Deliveries: 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking and Notifications
For all services and document shipments:
- Recipients will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the process has been initiated.
- Tracking information will be provided where applicable to ensure transparency in the delivery process.
